Why Our Approach Is Different
Most health systems are reactive, not preventative—siloed, not integrated—and too difficult to access for too many people. With Clinitouch, we help build smarter, sustainable healthcare systems designed for underserved communities.
It’s Smarter
Community health workers use the offline Clinitouch app to educate, screen and monitor people in their homes – for any disease (Maternal, Newborn and Child Health, Non-Communicable Diseases, Infectious Diseases) and in any language.
For every person screened or monitored, Clinitouch generates a real-time risk score. Health facilities can remotely track these scores on the Clinitouch portal and act early—before problems escalate. Unlike most tools that only assess symptoms, Clinitouch also detects underlying risk factors—enabling earlier interventions and more lives saved.
The platform makes it easy to see which risk factors or symptoms are driving a score, helping providers make fast, evidence-based decisions and referrals. This is primary healthcare led by communities, for communities—not fragmented, siloed programmes.
It’s Sustainable
Clinitouch integrates data from diagnostic devices—automatically via Bluetooth or manually entered—to calculate a complete risk profile for each person. It’s also fully interoperable with existing Electronic Health Records and Health Information Management Systems using the global HL7 FHIR standard. We strengthen existing systems rather than create more siloed disconnected services.
We provide unlimited licences fully funded, forever. This includes all future updates, clinical content, and global support, representing millions of pounds investment. During the catalytic phase, we equip government partners and providers to deploy Clinitouch themselves, ensuring sustainable impact long after the initial rollout.
We provide unlimited Clinitouch licenses—fully funded, forever—and catalyse new programmes.
In addition to free, unlimited access to the Clinitouch platform, we provide clinical, technical, training, data, and system design support to country partners. Together, we co-create and scale smarter health services within country health systems.
Launched in late 2023, we’re already collaborating with a diverse network of partners—including Ministries of Health, Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, Dandelion Africa, Global Health Partnerships, and Unjani Clinics—across four countries in Sub-Saharan Africa: South Africa, Eswatini, Kenya, and Ethiopia.
Our Focus Areas
We work with partners to strengthen outcomes in two key areas. Rather than targeting single diseases, we focus on building stronger primary healthcare systems, because communities need integrated, long-term care, not siloed programmes.
1. Early screening and detection
We enable early identification of infectious and non-communicable diseases—using risk and symptom data to accelerate diagnosis and connect people to timely, essential care.
2. Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health
We enable at-home monitoring for mothers, newborns, and children—helping detect risks and complications early, and supporting safer pregnancies, births, postpartum care, and child development.
